Every person on the ARCH team brings a deep understanding of the Ontario Building Code, municipal zoning by-laws, and the specific submission requirements of cities across the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. We know what Toronto needs. We know what Mississauga needs. We know what Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, and Hamilton need. That knowledge is not incidental. It is the foundation of every drawing package we produce.

We have been on site. We understand how buildings actually come together. That means we speak three languages fluently: the language of the homeowner who needs to understand what is happening, the language of the builder who needs to execute it, and the language of the city that needs to approve it. We take design seriously. Permit drawings are technical documents but they are also a reflection of craft. We produce work that is precise, clean, and buildable. Drawings that a contractor can follow without calling us for clarification and that a building official can review without sending back for revisions. Getting something approved is the minimum standard. Getting it right is the actual goal.


Over the years we have built strong working relationships across Ontario. When your project requires engineering coordination, a survey, or mechanical design, we manage those relationships directly.
